Faculty are invited to drop in and chat with SCFA President Ralph McGill on the second Thursday of each month on the Tahoe-Truckee Campus, 10:00am-1:00pm, room tbd. Check your non-District email on file with SCFA for a message from president@scfaunion.org the day prior for the room number.

At these chats, McGill will focus on listening to learn what’s going on with faculty in their work, and what issues they’d like to see addressed in the next Contract. He’ll advocate for faculty to join SCFA as we head into bargaining a new Contract in 2027, and for pro-union positions like voting for Proposition 3. Some sessions may also include additional members of the SCFA Leadership Team.
